Phone call appointment for more Information: Psychosocial Recovery Coach (PRC) Provides recovery orientated practice and offers support in 6 key areas: - Developing recovery-enabling relationships, based on hope - Supporting a person with their recovery planning - Coaching to increase recovery skills and personal capacity, including motivation, strengths, resilience and decision-making - Collaborating with the broader system of supports to ensure supports are recovery oriented - Supporting engagement with the NDIS, including support with plan implementation - Documentation and reporting Disclaimers Mental health Support isn't a replacement for your doctors, nurses or other healthcare providers, but I am here to help you succeed in your search for a healthier you. I am a qualified Mental Health Practitioner holding a Diploma in Mental Health and over 2 years experience in the mental health sector and have lived experience. I deliver my services in line with the Australian Government Privacy Act 2009 for delivering counselling services and will only disclose your information in line with the Privacy Act 2009 or where the law permits to do so. Under the NDIS Code of Conduct, an NDIS Provider must “act with integrity, honesty, and transparency”. This is further explained in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s guidance for providers which we set as basic practice standards.
